Conference Registration

On-line Registration

To register for the IMCS 12, please use the on-line registration process:

Registration Costs:

Regular participant:

$550 on or before June 15, 2008
$600 between June 16 and July 12, 2008
$650 on-site

Note: Invited Speakers are to register for the conference under the "Regular participant" rates above.

Student participant:

$350 on or before June 15, 2008
$400 between June 16 and July 12, 2008
$400 on-site

One-day registration

$300
One-day conference registrants may attend any single day of the conference, July 14^th, 15^th, or 16^th. Please note that a ticket for the Tuesday, July 15, conference banquet is NOT included in the price of a one-day registration.

Spouse/Guest:

$150 on or before June 15, 2008
$200 between June 16 and July 12, 2008
$200 on-site

Included with Registration

The registration fee will provide conference attendees with the following:

• Admission to the Conference reception Sunday evening, July 13
• Admission to all technical sessions, posters, and table-top exhibitions
• Light breakfast each morning of the Conference, July 14, 15, & 16
• Lunch during each day of the Conference, July 14, 15, & 16
• Admission to each of the six coffee breaks
• Admission to the banquet on July 15 and related transportation
• Abstract booklet and extended abstract CD
• Conference souvenirs
